During the Warranty Period, Do Not:

- Change the account nickname, avatar, or profile description.

- Add or remove friends.

- Change profile, privacy, or display settings (e.g. switching to "Invisible").

- Perform any actions that may attract the account owner's attention.

- Intentionally interfere with the account owner while they are online.

Violation of any rule above may result in refusal of a warranty replacement. If all conditions are followed and the account is recovered by the owner during warranty, a replacement will be provided.

Replacements Are Not Provided If:

- The account owner is currently playing on the account.

- You received a Community Ban or VAC Live ban.

- The account has a VAC ban in another game.

- You broke the key/session (e.g. logging out incorrectly or sharing the account).

- The account has already been provided as a replacement.

- You are not satisfied with the account's rank or Trust Factor.

- The account is banned on servers (we cannot check this).

- The warranty period has expired.

- The VAC ban was received after the account was recovered by the owner.

- A replacement for a Community Ban / VAC ban is provided only if you contact support within the first 10 minutes after key activation.
